Animal
Care and Control is part of the Special Enforcement Division of the
Columbus Consolidated Government, serving the Columbus metro area 24
hours a day, seven days a week.
Hours of Operation
- PAWS Columbus is open to the public
- Monday through Saturday 10:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
- Offsite adoptions are held every Saturday at Petco (located in
the Kohls Shopping Center on Whittlesey Blvd. ) from 9:00a.m to 5:00p.m.
- Closed Sunday
During these hours, animals are
available for adoption and lost animals may be found and reunited with
their owners.
After 6:00 p.m. and during weekends and holidays,
please call 911 to report animal abuse, neglect, abandonment, sick or
dangerous animals.
